Traffic Management

Formed in 2017, Haigh Traffic Management (Haigh TM) is our UK based specialist division that focuses on the provision of temporary traffic management in accordance with the National Highway Sector Scheme (NHSS) 12D. Our works cover TM provision on both rural and urban roads and we have the ability to provide a fully managed 12D service from project inception through to handover.

Our full design, plan and install offering includes:

• Temporary traffic light systems
• Stop and go systems
• Road closures
• Lane closures
• Diversionary routes
• Events management
• Pedestrian management and;
• Convoy working

Currently operating throughout the North West and Midlands and offering a 24/7 service, Haigh TM has a wealth of knowledge within the industry. This enables us to offer unrivalled support from the consultation and design phase, right through to works completion and project sign-off.

While customer service and the quality of our work remains absolutely key to our beliefs, we place enormous emphasis on ensuring the safety of both our employees and customers and we continue to show a serious commitment to achieving this.

We aim to provide our customers with a single point of contact throughout the entire project, providing complete project surety by gaining all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities, while also installing, maintaining and removing the temporary traffic management safely and to a high standard.

Our approach, is to always innovate to create the very best value for money service, without compromise. Our background as a rail contractor, has provided us with state-of-the-art safe systems of work, competency management, working hours and fatigue management systems that we believe sets us apart.

Operating from our main depot in Preston and with further facilities available in both Crewe and Doncaster, our traffic management division provides our customers with flexibility of supply to service the demands of their local areas. All our operatives are fully trained in the use of all specialist traffic management equipment.

Haigh TM also has the ability to outsource its design through its supply chain and is able to produce layout designs and full CAD working drawings.
